BRIDAL

Once the client has confirmed they would like to proceed with the booking, they will be sent an invoice detailing all of the costings for the trial and wedding day.

A deposit of 25% of the final bill is to be paid in order to ensure the date is secure. The deposit fee will be deducted from the overall costings and is non-refundable should for any reason the client wishes to cancel the booking.

The deposit will be due via bank transfer. The remaining outstanding balance will also be due via bank transfer one week prior to the wedding date.

Any change(s) to the original booking will need to be agreed between the makeup artist and client, and the makeup artist reserves the right to say refuse any later changes.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit paid is non-refundable.

Cancellations between 3 and 6 weeks before the wedding date requires the client to pay 75% of the final costings; this is because it is very unlikely the date will be filled with another party.

Cancellations within 7 - 14 days of the wedding date requires the client to pay the full outstanding amount.

Photography

The client agrees to full use of photographs taken during and/or after the trial, the morning of the wedding and (with the agreement of the photographer) the official wedding photographs, in which services have been carried out by Andrea O’Connor Makeup Artist. These images may be used on both the makeup artists’ website and social media channels. If the client does not want their images to be uploaded onto socials or the Andrea O’Connor Makeup Artist website, they must make this clear, in writing, no less than 14 days prior to the appointment.

Health and Safety

The client should advise of any known allergies prior to your appointment. The makeup artist will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions to the skincare or makeup that the client may have.

The makeup artist will ensure that all products are cleaned thoroughly before each booking and also cleaned throughout a booking where necessary.

The makeup artist retains the right to refuse any makeover in which the client or client party have an illness or condition which can affect the hygiene of a professional makeup kit, i.e. cold sores or conjunctivitis or where the client is suffering from a contagious disease or illness.

OCCASION MAKEUP

All Glam and Go appointments/ occasion makeups/ headshots will be paid in full in advance. This is non refundable. The appointment can be rearranged as long as they give 48 hours notice.
